Michigan Pheasant Bake

8 pieces Boneless, Skinless Pheasant Breasts
1 ½- 2 Tablespoons Love MI Seasons Fresh Herb Blend Depending on Size of Birds
½ Cup Sunflower Oil
¼ Cup Pure Maple Syrup
2 Cups Cornflake Crumbs
1-2 Honey Crisp Apples, Cored and Sliced Thin
1 Cup (8oz) Bar Cheese (such as Schuler’s or Williams Cheese Company)
Season Pheasant all over with Love MI Seasons Fresh Herb Blend, Place in Large Zip Lock Bag with Sunflower Oil and Maple Syrup. Let Stand Refrigerated for at least One Hour or up to Four Hours.
Pre-Heat Oven to 425’, Spray a Baking Sheet with Non Stick Cooking Spray. Pour Cornflake Crumbs on a Large Plate. Remove Pheasant from Zip Lock Bag and Press into Crumbs. Lay on Baking Sheet with Room in Between Breast.
Scatter Apples in Between Breast, Bake at 425’ For 12-15 Minutes or Until Internal Temperature of 155’ is reached.

Meanwhile Heat in Cheese in Coffee Mug in Microwave until Warm. To Serve Arrange Pheasant Breast on Platter, Top with Warm Cheese And Baked Apple Slices. Sprinkle with a Touch More Love MI Seasons Fresh Herb Blend.
