Dijon Roasted Rabbit


1 rabbit Whole
½cup Dijon mustard
1 small Onion finely chopped
1 ½ tsp Love MI Seasons Fresh Herb Blend
2 tsp Love MI Seasons BBQ Blend
pinch grated nutmeg
2 Tbsp wine
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup olive oil mayonnaise

1. Mix marinade ingredients together in a large bowl with Whip. Add rabbit, coat well, and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
2. Roast in 375’ oven, basting regularly with remaining marinade. Cook until meat is Just done about 30 to 45 minutes.
