Baked Potatoes with Fresh Herb Blend Sour Cream

Scrub potatoes and bake in the oven at 400 degrees until done (about 45 minutes to an hour depending on the oven).

While potatoes are baking take sour cream and add Fresh Herb Blend (about 1/2 teaspoon per 8 ounces of sour cream).

Allow the mixture to set-up and intensify the flavor. Place a nice sized dollop on baked potatoes for awesome flavor.
