Awesome Turkey Soup


Left over turkey(bones and all)
3 carrots, chopped
3-4 celery stalks, chopped
1 medium to large onion, chopped
1-2 bay leaves
1 package wide egg noodles
LOVE MI SEASONS  Fresh Herb Blend

Directions:  Place the left over turkey and bones in a large pot and cover completely with water. Place bay leaves in water and allow to cook at a low boil for one hour. Remove pot from stove and carefully pick out meat and bones and set aside. After they have cooled, discard the bones and save meat. Carefully strain the turkey stock into another pot and set aside (bay leaves can be removed at this time.) Return the strained stock to the stove top and add turkey to it. Add the chopped carrots, celery and onions to the stockpot.  Now simmer at low to medium heat. Continue to simmer while adding Fresh Herb Blend to the stock until desired taste is achieved. When the vegetables are tender, add egg noodles (more if a thicker soup is desired, less if more broth is desired). Continue to cook until egg noodles are done.
