Acapulco Gold Blend Fajitas




2 lbs skirt of flat iron steak cut into 1 inch cubes

8 Tbsp oil(any combination will work, I like half avocado oil and half olive oil)


Hard and soft tortilla shells

Fixin’s of your choice:  chopped green pepper, chopped onion, chopped cilantro, chopped tomato, fresh diced avocado, salsa of choice, sour cream


In a glass oven proof bowl add steak and liberally season with Acapulco Gold Blend, tossing with your fingers until coated well.

Heat oil in a large sauté pan until hot and add the seasoned meat.

Sauté on one side until dark but not browned

Flip meat pieces over and turn off the burner

Add meat mixture back into clean ovenproof glass bowl  and cover with aluminum foil

Place in oven at 180-200 degrees for 15- 20 minutes meat is heated

Juices from seasoned meat mixture will run to the bottom of the bowl

When ready to serve, simply remove from oven and toss to mix the juices with the meat and prepare as desired.

These are really delicious …….. a true crowd pleaser!
