Shore Lunch

Ingredients:

Your Fish of Choice
Flour with Fresh Herb Blend to taste
Egg (1 or 2) with 1 or 2 TBSP Water

Directions:
Rinse fish thoroughly and dry with paper towel.
On a plate, place enough flour to completely coat all the fish you plan to fry. Sprinkle in Fresh Herb Blend and mix into flour with a fork. (I use a lot of it!).
Then, In a flat bowl that you can dip fish into, mix 1 or 2 eggs with 1 or 2 T. water (again, depending on how many fish). Heat peanut oil or other high temperature oil in a frying pan and fry each piece of fish until done. Best ‘shore lunch’ you ever tasted!
